I noticed that in that PDF, they refer to him as only Anderson McHone, could possibly be given name? --Scootinater 01:40, 11 August 2009 (UTC)
I also believe his name is Anderson McHone, but other than this document, I'm not 100% certain. --Mandlar 23:17, 12 August 2009 (UTC)
